The GSM Holding GmbH has been renamed MEYTEC GmbH Holding by a shareholder resolution. In January 2017 the change was registered in the Local Court Frankfurt (Oder). The MEYTEC GmbH Holding is responsible for the shareholdings and general management of the MEYTEC-Group of companies, in particular strategy, accounting and human resources. The managing directors are Gerhard W. Meyer and Steffen Meyer.
