The project consortium led by the Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin named „Akutneurologische Versorgung in Nordostdeutschland mit telemedizinischer Unterstützung (ANNOTeM)“ will receive finance for their proposal from the innovation fund. The partners of the consortium are the Teaching Hospital in Greifswald, the Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin, the Epilepsy Centre Berlin-Brandenburg, insurance bodies AOK Nordost, BARMER GEK and Techniker Krankenkasse as well as MEYTEC GmbH Informationssysteme. MEYTEC will be responsible for the technical equipment and networking. The telemedicine based health care supplement of the neurological acute diseases in the federal states of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Brandenburg to improve the quality of care delivery and can be extended to the other acute diseases, e.g. meningitis and epilepsy.
